[Why hello there folks, I hope you like staring at the backs of people's heads because THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE DOING. It takes this little red mech a few seconds to realize that there's SOMETHING hovering behind him. he does this little half turn, lets out a SUPER MANLY (no) yelp and swats the thing out of the air, ending the recording.

But that's not all, folks. The camera blips on and off a few more times, catching Knock Out in various levels of annoyance, usually in the middle of either swearing or trying to shoo the thing away. Oh god little drone why are you here.

Finally Knock Out gives up and seems to have just accepted that he's made a new "friend". He looks exasperated as all hell when the little bugger starts recording him one last time.]

Fine, since this little drone seems hell bent on stalking me and recording it, I figured I might as well try to use this to my advantage. So, where am I and how do I leave? I was kind of in the middle of something.

[Knock Out pauses and glances slightly off camera, presumable at the drone itself.]

There, happy now? I swear, if someone come out here to blow me up because of you, I'm going to be very annoyed.

Okay. Not dead. That's... good news.

[He still looks completely fucking ruffled though dude]

[And Breakdown is downright frazzeled and trying to hide it.]

[He transforms and takes off, drone following him until he reaches a Gateway. He stops long enough to tell it where to send then, then drives on through. He'll transform again when he sees Knock Out.]

[And suddenly canmt bring himself to say anything...so he just stands there studying his...partner? Is it really?]

[Well hello Breakdown, Knock Out is also going to just stand there and stare, like he's trying to decide something. He's even tapping at his chin, just studying Breakdown like he's some kind of big Scooby Doo mystery. After all, kind of a lot had happened to Breakdown back on Earth, Knock Out had every reason to believe that this wasn't actually him. But wow either way none of this made any sense.

And yeah he's literally just staring for a minute, squinting every now and then. Great conversation KO.]

Okay. I have a lot of potentially annoying questions, so let's just start with "where are we".

[He almost didn't want to answer. He'd literally just been through all of this. With Knock Out! He didn't want to be fooled a second time. The last time started so...right, only for it to go so wrong.]

...Cybertron. I yes, I know it doesn't look like it, but it is.

Cybertron!? I was just on Cybertron! No, you're right, this doesn't look anything like it!

[Cue dramatic arm sweeping gesture as if to say LOOK AT HOW WRONG THIS LOOKS BREAKDOWN]

How did I even get here? How did you get here!? This doesn't... you were...

[and he just kind of deflates and rubs at his head because all of this is literally insane.]

[Breakdown snorts.] You see any black-ish mist around you when you got here?

[And Knock Out cringes eeeew]

Yes, and that actually brings me to my next question. Where can I find a shower? I feel like I haven't had a good wash in ages.

[Dammit. Can he just smash you to bits and avoid the sparkache? As much as he wants to he can't bring himself to.]

That's how we got here. Apparently it's caused by Unicron.

[He vents a sigh] Yeah. I know where showers are.

[I mean you can but Knock Out would be really really annoyed]

By Unicron? That doesn't make any sense. He shouldn't be able to cause anything anymore.

What do you mean "anymore"? [HE'S STARTING TO DOUBT YOU, KNOCK OUT!! In fact, that's a rather dangerous look in his one good optic...]

[Yeah, yeah, dark energon, blah, blah, blah, "blood of Unicron", blah, blah, blah. Doesn't mean it actually is the blood of Unicron. He wasn't sure he believed in Unicron at all until getting here. And Knock Out never struck him as a believer either...]

[He hears that tone and he crosses his arms, looking all huffy.]

Okay, assuming I'm not going crazy and you're not some kind of disturbingly realistic hallucination, you've missed a lot, Breakdown. In fact, what is the last thing you remember before you ended up here?

[Huffy is good...huffy is normal.]

[It was all he said, his face twitched even and so did a hand like he wanted to reach up and touch the eye patch that Bulkhead of all people had given him...]

Right, that was... that was kind of a while ago. So now we have weird time travel or something involved, that's nice.

[It's not nice. Not really.]

[Okay...for as strange as that is, the time travel thing isn't new for him.]

....Bulkhead said the same...said that was a long time ago...

[He sighs.] C'mon. We'll go to my place, you can clean up, and then I think we need to talk...

Oh of course Bulkhead's here too. That's great, because I love it when nothing makes sense.

[Hello my name is Sarcasm. but ANYWAY, Knock Out hesitates for a moment. Sure, Breakdown sounded like Breakdown, and his plating wasn't all shat up, but Doc Knock over here couldn't help but be just a bit paranoid]

You've got a place, hm? You're moving up in the world, Breakdown.

[He turns to start walking. You following, bro? Or is he leaving you behind?]

I've been here for months, okay? Which, I'm sure, makes even less sense to you.

[Stop being so pissy, Breakdown, you partner is here....if only he could believe that...]

[damn you and your longer legs Knock Out has to trot a bit to catch up.]

Well you're right about that.

[He reaches for Breakdown's arm, mostly out of reflex. Slow the fuck dooooown Knock Out is still trying to make this make sense he doesn't have time for speed walking]

[Shit, did he just flinch? He totally just flinched and looked at Knock Out...but he does slow down.]

...Sorry...it's...be a rough couple weeks...

[He'll walk slower now, sorry about that...]

[WELL Knock Out had never really known Breakdown to be flinchy. He awkwardly retracts his hand and clears his vocalizer.]

No, you don't have to apologize. Do you want to talk about it? I mean, it sounds like we're going to have a lot to catch up on anyway, so we might as well pick a starting point.
