[The little drone is looking down on a rather beat up looking blue mech. His red faceplate is marred by a huge hole where his left optic should be. The mists are still fading around him. After a moment his limbs twitch, and then he's surging upright and to his feet with a roar.]

[He stops, completely shocked by his surroundings. He's among graves. Simple stones marked with names ranging from clearly Cybertronian to more Human. Turning a slow circle he spots the drone and frowns.]

What the scrap is going on here?

[Yeah, he notices the lack of eye, and the patch.]

Miasma mists spitcha out like it did us.

And what happened to your patch? Ya lose it?

[His remaining optic narrows a bit.] What are you talking about? What patch?

[For his optic? No, that can't be what Bulkhead is talking about.]

....for your eye. [He gestures at his missing eye. Really Breakdown? This some kind of trick?]

[His frown deepens.] I don't have a patch for my eye, it's not like I've had time to go anywhere.

What's going on? [He's getting mad now. This isn't funny!]

........[Hold on, he's going to fiddle with this drone and lock this feed.]

You coming into MECH's base for me. We were just leaving the access tunnel. [You hadn't even commented about calling back up yet.]

And then he's suddenly punching a poor nearby wall or something solid.]

Good to know the Miasma likes to frag with my me too.

[Wow he sounds bitter. Really Miasma? REALLY?]

[He stiffens, glowering at the feed now.]

What's that supposed to mean?

[Sorry Breakdown, Bulk has issues with ~~everything~~the universe. It's not you, it's him.

He takes a few robot breaths to calm down for a moment. Cause getting pissed at Breakdown won't help. For once.]

[Yeah, that was a million years ago. Bulk's got new buddies to share feelings with, sorry Breakdown. And currently they're all cons/former cons. You'd be impressed.]

[There's no answer cause he's suddenly cutting the feed.

But then the gateway's suddenly activating, and...out he steps. Accompanied by his own flying drone, and a small brown-green robotic firelizard perched on a paldron, who's peering at this big blue bot.]

Had to see you in person, make sure this ain't some trick.

[Breakdown scowls at the drone when Bulkhead suddenly hangs up, but then is turning to the ground bridge.]

Yeah, that and a lot more in the two years I been on this Cybertron. This is about the third time I remember you showin' up.

Yeah, cause you ain't been here. But you can ask anybody else in Haven and they'd tell ya the same thing. [He's really starting to hate having to explain time stuff to people. He stares back at the cemetery for a moment, focusing on a particular stone, before looking away.]

But let's get you to the medbay, so the docs can take care of your eye. [He starts to turn back to the gateway, and pauses.]

....oh yeah, and catch. [And he turns back long enough to throw a small metal object at him, not aggressively. Enjoy the eyepatch, Breakdown.]

That should help too. [Now he's turning back to punch in coordinates for the gateway.]

[Yyyyyyyeah, let’s not go there.]

[He scowls and refuses to look at Bulkhead while he works his head around this scrap.]

Right, fine....lead the way.

[He starts to follow only to stop, braced when Bulkhead turns and tosses something at him. He catches it on reflex and then is just...looking at the eye patch...]

[Good idea.

He's not looking, distracting himself with working the portal to open it.]

Should last ya a while, it's made outta good metal. [Was this maybe a small attempt at a peace offering? Who knows, but Knock Out's not here to do it, he figured he would. Even if he wasn't a medic. It's shaped perfectly to fit over Breakdown's injury. Course it's up to the other mech if he wants to use it, or get another optic.]

You got any questions?

[Since he’s not expecting a new optic...he...he’ll just hold onto that patch, eyeing Bulkhead’s back like he’s not sure what to expect...]
