To knock her feet together a few times and, ideally, avoid tracking any pebbles or grit into the doc's interior. Riding in someone doesn't seem too terribly strange these days, but it's still the sort of thing a person ought to be polite about. Shoes as clean as they're going to get, Sam shifts about to face frontward and buckles up before pausing to try and eye everything.]
