[Hiro would respond, but he forgot that the car is alive and sentient and the doors are opening by themselves so cue a flail and him reflexively flinging himself away from the doors.]

[To her credit, Sam doesn't laugh at the little booger's overreaction---though the flash of alarm she caught off him makes it easier. She just gathers up the movies and gives Hiro's shoulder a nudge to turn him back to his door before stepping out herself.]

[Grinning, Sam will take the diplomatic route, and shift her hold on the movies to gesture 'so-so' while her housemate isn't looking.]

Or little ladders, cause yeah, you won't be rid of me any time soon. Ladders at least'd be a little more out of the way? And appreciated, not gonna lie. Not that I mind having hands up or down, but I don't want to be bothersome.

[That pointed look earns a Look for Hiro, and one slow shake of Sam's head.]

Jetpacks sound like the fastest way for me to break the good leg I've got, and the fastest way for you to get gimped worse than I am.

[Unlike Hiro, Sam can be trusted to stay put on a palm or shoulder instead of climbing all over someone... Unless the someone is Breakdown. Hiro's remark pulls her attention back down to ground level, and prompts a little sigh.]
