[Lea wasn't sure what to make of the ghostly forms wandering Haven. They certainly didn't seem to be doing any harm, at least not yet, but... they still bore watching. He wondered if Death knew about these spirits, or had allowed them in. He was just considering trying to contact said Guardian when he noticed something.
Namely, that one of the ghosts looked familiar.]
Flit...?
[Lea almost can't believe it at first. But now that he thinks about it, hadn't Death said something awhile back about him getting a chance to talk to her himself...?]

[He almost sounds a bit breathless when he contacts Lea.] She’s...one of the spirits?
[He’s seen a few of his own recently...it’s unnerving, but...that name...]
Re: [Video]
[Lea looks rather uncertain.]
Death mentioned awhile back that I might get a chance to talk to her . But I dunno if this is that, or... something else.
[Death hadn't mentioned any other spirits might be coming, after all...]
Re: [Video]
Re: [Video]
I mean, aside from being generally creepy and ghostly they don't really seem to be doing any harm, but neither did the stuff the rainbows left behind, at first.

[Pause]
Did Death mention anything to the rest of you guys about spirits coming back?
[One Guardian is as good as another for this, he supposes.]
Re: [Video]
Might be best to keep your distance for now, if you can.
Re: [Video]
[A bunch of ghosts and no explanation. Wonderful.]
That might be easier said than done, but I'll definitely try. At least til we have some idea what's going on.
Re: [Video]
Re: [Video]
He did mention to me awhile back that I might get a chance to talk to Flit in person. But he didn't say anything about a bunch of other ghosts.

Lea? Who’s that?
Re: [Action]
[Lea crouches down enough to rest a hand on Jendayi's shoulder.]
This was... is... Flit. I met her not long after I got here.
[He pauses slightly, unsure how to explain this to the kid.]
Someone... someone very bad was using her to hold an evil spell together. The spell was causing her a lot of pain, and endangering everyone else in the city. And... in the end, there as only one way to break the spell and save everyone. So I... ended her pain.
[That was what Death had said, anyway. It still bothers him, but he's not certain what her ghost might want with him. If it's indeed her ghost, and not a Miasma-generated illusion of some kind...]
Re: [Action]
[She steps up and slips her arms around his neck. Is he really saying what she thinks he is? He killed that robot-bat girl? Oh poor Lea...]
Re: [Action]
Thanks, Jendayi.
[Pause]
...Death said I might get a chance to talk to her. But I'm not sure if this is that, or if it's the miasma playing ticks on us.

Re: [Action] And call this good?
Works for me.
[video] A couple days later...
But today, another ghost has appeared. A girl in Organization garb, seeming to be no older than 15, with short black hair. But it's her eyes he notices the most; deep blue, even in her ghostly state, and very sad.
Lea has no idea who this girl is. Yet her appearance tugs at his heart for reasons he can't understand. He doesn't know her. True, she bares a striking resemblance to Namine, save for her hair color, but Namine had never worn a black coat.
So why does some part of him feel like he should know her? And why can't he quite bring himself to meet those sad blue eyes?
Unwilling to wait this time and try to muddle through on his own, he attempts to make a most unusual call on his drone...]
Hey... uh... I don't know if his contact number's listed or anything, but... I need to talk to Death. If he's not too busy.
[Pause.]
...Man, I can't believe I just said that.
Re: [Video]
I'm sure that what with all the ghosts and all, if that's even what they are, you've been pretty booked. But another one showed up recently, besides Flit.
[He shifts the drone so it's showing the ghostly form of the black haired girl.]
Can you see her there?
[He doesn't figure Death would have any problem seeing a ghost normally, but he's less sure of the drone's ability to broadcast an image of one.]
[Death peers at the screen, studying the figure beyond Lea. Thankfully, yes, the drones' A/V tech is sufficiently advance enough to easily pick up energy signatures in the range that people's normal senses can perceive.]
I DO.
Re: [Video]
She's wearing an Organization XIII uniform, but there was only ever one woman in the Organization and she was older and blonde. Except for the black hair, she looks exactly like Namine, but Namine never wore a black coat. It doesn't make any sense.
I don't know her. I have no idea who she is. But... part of me feels like I should know her. It's enough that I can't bring myself to look her in the eye, and... I don't know why.
[Even as he speaks, wisps of... something drift through his mind, as if something is trying to surface. A flicker of those sad blue eyes... the sense that there's something vitally important that he's missing... but it's gone too quickly to grasp, leaving only that confusion in its wake.]
So I need to ask... do you know who she is?
[Video] -> Action
ONE MOMENT. STAY WHERE YOU ARE.
[The video feed cuts, but before Lea has a chance to really wonder what Death's up to . . . the tall, robed skeleton is there. The manifestation stepped up to the ghostly girl, laying a bone hand on her head, then crouching to gaze into her eyes. Death seems to search her for a moment - actually, he's using her as a sort of focus to search /himself/, other facets of his being that exist across the realities. Finally, he stands and turns to Lea.]
YOU KNEW HER. YOU JUST DO NOT REMEMBER HER. NO ONE DOES.
SHE WAS KNOWN AS XION. SHE DID NOT HAVE A TRUE EXISTENCE OF HER OWN. SHE WAS CREATED FROM THE MEMORIES OF ANOTHER. SORA. SORA'S NOBODY, ROXAS, DEFEATED AND ABSORBED HER, REGAINING THE MEMORIES THAT SHE HAD HELD AND REPRESENTED. WHEN THAT HAPPENED, SHE CEASED TO EXIST AS A SEPARATE ENTITY, AND ALL THOSE WHO HAD MET HER, INCLUDING YOU, FORGOT HER, AS IF SHE HAD NEVER EXISTED.
