[Video] Well, he's already wearing the green... X3
[When Jadewing had woken up to the numerous rainbows in the skies of Haven, he knew instantly that they weren't natural. For one thing, he doubted that there was enough moisture in the air around the city to produce such a vivid rainbow. And for another, natural rainbows simply didn't occur in bunches like this. Nor did they reach all the way to the ground.
On one hand he was mildly irritated. The skies were a Seeker's domain and the fact that the miasma's latest trick intruded on that offended him on principle. But on the other, he was sort of amused. The whole thing seemed harmless enough. Even pleasant. He knew that could change of course, but for now, the skies above the city were a lot more colorful.
And didn't humans have some sort of myth about the ends of rainbows? On a whim, he'd followed the nearest one to its ending point coming in for an easy landing. As it turned out there actually was something there. Go figure. Though when he saw what it was, he couldn't help but laugh.
Which brings us up to the present, and Jadewing's visage appearing on the drones of any who care to tune in.]
Well, what do you know. The whole 'gold at the end of the rainbow' thing wasn't just a bunch of slag after all. Though somehow I doubt this is what the humans had in mind.
[Jadewing holds up the Cybertronian scaled large, black pot he'd found and sure enough, it's filled with gold. Gold paint, that is. In buckets, spray cans, artist's tubes... heck it even looks like there's a few kiddie paint sets in there.]
Does anybody want some of this stuff? I've got no use for this much gold paint, even if I wanted to make myself look like I'd taken a dip in electrum.

Re: [Video]
Don't see why not. How much do you want? And what kind? Buckets? Spray cans? Little tubes? These... other little paint things?
[He doesn't know quite what to make of the kiddie paint sets, but that's what those 'other little paint things' are.]
Re: [Video]
Oh, I’m little, I don’t need very much. I live near the Hub place. Maybe I can meet you outside and pick something?
Re: [Video]
[Organics that small were required to have guardians, right?]
And since I guess asking you for the exact coordinates of your residence wouldn't be too helpful, how does meeting by the Hub's entrance sound?
Re: [Video]
[She smiles.] I’m right next to the Hub, so that should work.
Re: [Video]
[Good thing Seekers have excellent vision.]
Re: [Video]
[Action]
He glides in, landing with practiced ease on his feet a short distance away. He takes he drone out of his cockpit, where it had been tucked for the trip, and the pot of gold paint out of subspace, where it had been tucked for the trip. The drone hovers nearby, and the pot gets set down on the ground.]
I take it you're the little organic I'm here to meet?
Re: [Action]
[Wow, he’s so big! Not as big as Predaking was, but still big.]
Re: [Action]
[Big as Predaking or not, he still gets down on one knee to be able to talk to the tiny organic more easily.]
So... did you want to pick out your own paint? Or did you want me to get some out for you?
[He figures it'll be the latter, since the pot itself is taller than Jendayi is, but it can't hurt to ask.]
Re: [Action]
[And actually, if he doesn’t mind, she’d like to pick.] Would you mind picking me up so I can see?
Re: [Action]
Alright.
[Lowers a hand nearly to the ground and holds it out flat, palm-up so Jendayi can climb on.]
Just don't squirm around too much.
[He smirks slightly as he waits, not wanting the little organic to think she'd made him mad or something.]
Re: [Action]
[And as requested she’ll sit still, not moving mush at all while he lifts her up.] Wow...I don’t think I’ve ever been up so high. It’s amazing.
[She can’t wait until she can fly! She wasn’t to be able to fly dang it!]
Re: [Action]
Just be careful. Tiny thing like you'd probly get hurt if you fell from there.
[Organics are way too breakable.]
Re: [Action]
One of these days I won’t have to worry about falling. I’ll be able to fly!
Re: [Action]
Being able to fly doesn't make you immune to falling, trust me on this one.
[He's crashed enough times to know that.]
Still, don't know how you're planning on managing that. You gonna do like those little worm things and go into stasis for awhile to sprout wings?
[He's referring to caterpillars becoming butterflies/moths, but he can't really be arsed to think of the proper term just now.]
Re: [Action]
No, I won't grow wings. I can control air, I'm just not strong enough to lift myself yet.]
Re: [Action]
Well, we've had fire and ice... why not air?
Anyway, if you're not strong enough to fly yet, what can you do?
[The friendly challenge in his tone is clear. Impress him, little organic, if you can.]
Re: [Action]
Re: [Action]
Once on the ground, he watches as she creates first a dust devil, then a dust Seeker. Not quite on the scale of what the older magic-wielding organics were capable of, so not near full sized, but still...]
Hmm... not bad. Reminds me a little of Cloudkicker and his 'cloud art'.
Re: [Action]
Was Cloudkicker your brother?
Re: [Action]
I've seen what he can do. He ought to be a good teacher.
Sort of. He and I were sparked together, along with ten others as part of a batch order of twelve Seekers. So I guess if you go with the human definition we technically are.
What we really are, though, is trine. Which is a really hard concept to put into words if you don't instinctively know what it means, like Seekers do. But basically, it means that he, Snowfall, and I lived, fought, and trained together our whole lives before I was brought to Haven.
Re: [Action]
.....You must really miss him. Did he look a lot like you?
Re: [Action]
He looked exactly like me, just with different colors. He, Snowfall and I are all Seekers, which means we all share the same body-type; the only way most bots can tell us apart is by our paintjobs. Cloudkicker is red, yellow, and gold; Snowfall is white, silver, and light blue.
Re: [Action]
Handwaviest of handwaves because I kinda haven't figured out their color patterns yet. X3
[Jadewing reaches into subspace and pulls out a small (to a Cybertronian) holoprojector. He holds it in his palm where Jendayi can see and flicks it on. It shows an image of three Seekers. A red, yellow. and gold one with a goofy, lopsided grin; a white, light-blue, and silver one with a solemn, thoughtful expression, and Jadewing himself standing between them.]
This is what they look like.
XD Works for me.
