MOW? [The kitten's meow? Loud enough that the drone shakes on the floor and she herself shakes a little bit across the sill she's perched on.

The noise draws The Spine's attention though, peering up from his book and smiling when he spies who's saying hello.]

Oh, it's awesome! He can come and go as he pleases, nobody's complained about the warning beeper, and I can just kick the button when I'm hauling two armfuls of groceries or Hiro. Thanks again for your help getting it installed!

[Sure enough, there is---eventually---a ponderous tunk... tunk... tunk... knock at the door, which isn't a 'knock' so much as 'Bon Ron snootling the door with some force.']

[Sam, you can all but feel that loud meowing coming from inside the apartment in all it's loud glory, even as a few moments later, The Spine would be answering the door, stepping back to let friend and moose alike enter.]

Heyyy.

[Still sitting astride Bon Ron---who just ambles in---Sam hurriedly shifts to lie along the moosebot's back to have her legs out of the way. It's a bit of a snug fit, but not impossible; Bon Ron scrapes through, surveys the room it's just entered, and make a stuttery click-click-click which is probably a sound of contentment... or at least not negative, since Sam doesn't pay it much mind.]

[The skin-witch slides to the ground, and persuades Bon Ron to kneel so that she can untie the bulkiest parcel attached to its rack. It's irregularly-shaped, and half her height.]
