[Well that was unexpected. The dominantly purple mech had been shifted out of his jet form into bipedal mech. The mist wafted around him as he tried to get what bearings he could of his surroundings.]

Where in the world am I?

[This was obviously not Japan, let alone where he'd been before. Before he'd been patrolling in jet form after a culprit. He'd gone through a cloud and ended up here. A little drone rolled up to him and seemed to be looking up at him, which had him looking right back in wary confusion.]

Cybertronians are a race mechanical beings from the planet Cybertron. I, for instance, am Cybertronian.

Brave Police is a police team of mechs from Japan, which is on planet Earth. So I guess that makes me a form of ...earthling?

[Now he has to sit and think if that's accurate but he's from earth so...he's pretty sure it is]

What sort of fuel do you run on? What's it like living on an organic planet? [He stops himself] Sorry, I didn't even know organic life forms like humans could even exist until I got here. You present a rather fascinating twist to what I've learned.

We're still fairly new considering, but mechs are being built on the regular now it seems.

[He listened to the questions before answering each in turn]

I myself run on blended fuels due to having multiple forms. Mostly gasoline usually. Living on an organic planet I guess is...well its normal to me. But everything's much smaller compared to myself. Most humans are nice, our Boss and our friends are for sure.

Hmm, I'm guessing your fuels are organic based? I don't know that I've seen any organic based fuel around here. You'll want to stop by the warehouse perhaps and see if they have any.
