[Hello again, Haveners. Have this bot on your screens once more. He seems to be sitting in the middle of the street this time, and has a similar look on his face as the last time he was on the network.]
Ah...if I could ask assistance from anyone with....really small hands, I would greatly appreciate it.
I’m afraid I won’t be able to come to you, but I can send you my coordinates.
.....Please hurry.
[He shivers just as the video ends.]
[action!]
[kids these days]
You're welcome. And that---only kinda sorta close enough.
[Dismounting herself, Sam pauses just long enough to stow her helmet and pull the packet from her pocked before approaching Subzero.]
Just whereabouts are the little buggers? And, where did they even get in?
Guh, sorry for my fail guys. ;-;
[His optics shift to focus on Sam.] Ah, a number of places actually. Though if you could start with the one at my right elbow, I’d be very appreciative.
[And she should be able to see for herself the small areas a cat could slip into if it wanted, rather easily too, when she comes to get a look at his arm.]
all good :3
Oh yeah, dude, you're not airtight at all. [Momentary pause.] Can you take your arm all the way off?
^this
[She nods to Subzero before stepping up to stand beside Hiro, unwrapping the little bundle she brought. The headcheese thus revealed has warmed somewhat, and so is surprisingly fragrant; Sam pulls a slice free, hands the rest off to Hiro, and considers the bot before her.]
Pardon me!
[She's going to do a bit of climbing to be better positioned, glad for the hand- and foot-holds Cybertronian frames afford.]
I want to see if I can't coax it out, but even with the smell of this stuff I'm going to want to get a bit closer.
no subject
Yes, though it does hurt to remove a limb, especially if not done properly. [So no, don't ask if you can just take off his arm to retrieve the little creatures hiding under his armor.]
[He doesn't mind Sam standing on him at all.]
There's a panel latch there that will allow you a bit better access to the substructure, though I'm....not sure you'll be....strong enough to actually get it to open.
no subject
He'll hover nearby in case his help is needed, offering helpfully:] Sam's pretty touch, dude. You never know.
no subject
[Think about that butcher bit---or don't. Nobody who doesn't already know what goes into headcheese really wants to know what goes into headcheese, right?]
But thanks. And also, Zero, that's cool; I don't think I'll need to get that close.
[Now that she's settle up near the cat's point of entry, Sam taps the nails of her free hand against the armour there, hoping to draw the cat's attention. She knows she can't be the only person who feeds the strays from time to time---they are fairly friendly for strays, after all---and so hopefully the smell of the terrine she has, coupled with calling, will draw them out.]
Kitty-kitty-kitty...? C'mon... it's delicious, cat. You're missing out.
no subject
I think it’s working...
[Sure enough, there’s a loud “myaaah” and a kitty head pokes out.]

[And it’s taking everything in him to not shudder. That tickles!!]
no subject
Y'know, as you do.]
Don't get mad at Sam for giving you gross stuff, guys, she doesn't know any better. She's Canadian.

What...is it you're coaxing them out with, Sam?
no subject
Food made from heads. It's what Sams eat all the time in our world. [Hiro, don't give the robot misinformation, please.]
no subject
[u lil turd]
It's not as indiscriminate as he makes it sound. It's scraps of pig meat which, yes, come mostly from the head, suspended in a gel together so as to be sliceable.
no subject
Eleven, including those that have already come out. One more is coming your way now as well.
[Heads?! Primus organics are gross and fascinating...even Sam’s explanation is still kinds gross.]
....I’m glad I just have energon to stick to. What you consume just sound complicated and gross.
no subject
[Not that Hiro minds -- he's got one of them crawling around on his shoulders and another one that's someone gotten under his shirt.]
That's cause it is complicated and gross. Well, the head cheese stuff is. There's a lot of not-gross stuff too.
no subject
[As the next cat emerges, Sam gathers it up carefully, gives it a good sniff at the headcheese, and tosses a scrap away from Subzero for the cat to follow as it's returned to its feet.]
Seconding what he said, with some reservations. And for the flip? Just energon sounds pretty boring. I'm aware it's probably not so boring as it sounds, but... is it not still square one for everything you consume?
no subject
Not exactly. Energon comes in a variety of grades to start with, then you have the various colors, and then there are synthetic additives that can be added to any grade. All of these things can change the taste of them. It can also be presented in different forms, though the most common is liquid, but it can come as a harder substance or a semi-soft form as well.
no subject
Oh cool, like energon...pudding or something? Can you make it into salad?
no subject
[More information probably won't help, but she still feels it's worth stating, even as she takes hold of another cat to pass along to Hiro.]
You should tell us more. I haven't really had this conversation beyond some mutual 'the stuff you consume is kinda weird.'
no subject
[With most of the cats...out of him now, he’ll open a small compartment on his hip that...seems to open into darkness rather than...ya know...a cavity in his armor? He reaches in and pulls out a small pink thing between his fingers. It’s small enough to be like a cube shaped throw pillow to a human.]
This is one form. [He’ll offer it to Sam. It’s kind of like handling a really big jell-o cube...sorry if it’s heavy.]
