[You know how she’s kind of been hiding out the last week? Nearby but staying out of sight? She’s been busy.]

[She grins, hands held behind her. She rocks back on her heels a bit before brining around her gift. She made him a necklace. Everyone else got bracelets, but she wanted Lea’s gift to be a little different, special. It’s similar, twisted and braided strands of thick strings, and a pretty stone pendant.]

[Lea hesitates to reply. Not because he doesn't reciprocate her feelings- he does, and it's frankly a bit scary how much so- but because the words still feel foreign on his lips after so long.]
