[Video]

[The feed from the drone clicks on, giving the view of a rather bright yellow colored bot. He's not looking the most impressed, but when he speaks the voice might be familiar to some. Even if the bot attached to it isn't.]

Can't say I ever expected to wake up back on Cybertron. Much less one with Earth like organic growth.

[He woke up in a bunch of craters, but there was still some plants in the vicinity. But this weird floating drone had been rather useful in it's information. As much as it could give anyway. He'll take a moment to glance around him, before looking back the feed and clearing his throat.]

If anyone from my team is here, please report in.

To anyone else getting this transmission. Uh, hi. [Seriously, what else do you say to a bunch of strangers?]

[Oh thank the Primes, somebody he knows from the team. He looks relieved, letting his expression relax some.]

Jetstorm? Is Drift and Slipstream with you?

[Those shoulders slump. The look on his face says it all, but he'll go ahead and vocalize it anyway.]

No, they are not. You are the first from our world that I have seen here. But we are not alone, and not everyone is bad.

[His doorwings droop some as he sees that expression.]

I noticed that, but I take it there are people here that are bad, right?

Where are you located?

[He's trying to shake it off. He's really over that part, ~~not~~really.]

Other than the Miasma, I have been warned of one. [He hasn't seen enough of the city to really know where the bot ended up, but he'll be able to manage. Stupid pod mode with no wheels or wings. And he'll send coordinates that the drones should recognize.]

I am near the room where I have been staying. I apologize for not being able to come find you in a timely manner, but I will still make all haste to your location if you wish.

[It's okay to miss your master and ~~boyfriend~~ partner, Jetstorm.]

Miasma? And what's the name of the one you warned about?

[He goes quiet as he compares the coordinates to ones he's getting from his. Wow, some distance to travel without wheels or wings.]

Don't worry about it, that's a long way for you to go. [He knows the minicon can run pretty good distances, but still.]

But I'm guessing driving is the only way, huh? [Man a groundbridge would be handy right now. Still he's starting off.]

[Oh, he does. He's just shutting that part of him up now.]

The Miasma is what brought us here. It is the mist that surrounds the city. It is also what attacked us when I first arrived. But besides that, I was told to be wary of Dirge. He has not done anything to me, personally, but I trust Sam. I do not know why she would lie about this.

[It's a long way, but he does loathe his lack of a faster means of travel.] There are groundbridges in the city. They have been called portals. They will take you to different parts of the city, but I do not know where the one is where you are. I will send you the coordinates to the nearest bridge to my location, and you can use these when you find the nearest bridge to get to where I am. I can meet you at the other end.

[Why he didn't just send those from the get go... Sorry, he was startled by face from his world what is this even]

...so that's the weird looking mist I've seen. [The attacking bit makes him frown.] It hasn't tried attacking me, but I'll be on the look out.

This Sam somebody you met here?

[Give him a moment as he looks at his surroundings, trying to find anything that resembles a groundbridge.]

I woke up near the edge of a crater, and there's plenty of others nearby. that's all I know at the moment. Then this...drone found me.

Hang on, think I see a groundbridge...uh, portal.

She is one of the humans who reside here. You will likely meet her soon.

[And he's not familiar enough with the place to really recognize where Bumblebee is right now. But he's doing a little hustling himself now, trying to get to the exit portal that he gave out coordinates to earlier.]

It sounds like this is how we all are introduced to this world. I have heard others say this was how they awoke when they arrived. You should be able to get to me when you step through, with the data I sent. I will be there... soon.

[Little legs! AGH!]

Huh, a human did respond.

[Yeah, he's responding to things, which might delay him a little. Comms were so much easier than this drone.]

Considering what I've heard controls the Miasma, I'm glad that's all that's happened so far. [With Unicron, of all people, involved. Anything could've happened.

He's finally gotten to the gateway, though.]

Alright, at the portal, where are you? [There's probably sounds now as he works to figure out the controls.]

[It was no fun, no fun at all, from his own understanding, but he'll let that one be. He has a Lieutenant to find.]

I am on my way to your destination, when you step through to the other side. It will not be long. I apologize for my inability to arrive sooner.

[Because Bumblebee will likely figure that one out before he himself gets there, and that's such a pain in the aft.]

[Nope, no fun at all. But at the apology, he'll wave a hand.]

Don't worry about it, Jetstorm. [He's not Drift, he knows you have rather short legs, and can't travel quite as fast as some.] Get there when you can.

[And there goes the gateway.] I'll see you when you get there.

[And with that, he'll step through, soon coming out the other side. He's silent as he takes in his surroundings, and anybody that happens to be there at the moment.]

[The consideration is much appreciated. He gets a little smile and a nod as the mini hustles along. Give him about 10 minutes and he'll be right there. He said he wasn't far off and he really wasn't, but still! He's quick to bow, fist to palm, when he greets the bot in person at last.]

It is good to see you here, Lieutenant Bumblebee.

[It's giving him a chance to see what of the city he can. The buildings, it looks like they've really been building for a while. But he sticks near the gateway, and it doesn't take Bee long to spot the minicon sprinting toward him.

While his bows aren't like that, he'll give one of his own when he arrives.]

Good to see you too, Jetstorm. [He gets a smile. He really is glad to see somebody from the team. This place is confusing enough, without adding being alone on top of it.]

You doing alright here? [Bee you're the new guy, not him.]

[He nods, and it really is good to see someone from his own world face to face again, more than he realized even just meeting with the Lieutenant over the network.]

Yes, I am doing well enough. I had an... adjustment period, but I am settling in. You may as well, but there are many here who are willing to help out, if it is of any consolation. I was surprised by it. What should I show you to first?

[There's definitely nothing like seeing them face to face, knowing that they're really there.]

What kind of adjustment period? [Nothing too bad he hopes.] Yeah, I'm starting to notice. Not a bad thing, though, to have people to help. [Even if they strangers.]

Um...how about where I'm supposed to stay. [Start with residence and go from there, for now.]

[Really, there isn't. The only thing that would make this better is if he could put his hand on the Lieutenant and see if or not it will pass through him like it would through air to make sure this isn't a hologram, but he's pretty sure that's not a thing.]

It... was trying. It is an odd story. [Odd in the sense that he was scared half to death at the time.] I can explain it while we walk. The residential zone is not far from here.
