I have been thinking, and something has been unclear to me. I cannot be the first to have considered the possibility, so I hope someone out there will help me to understand.

[He shifts with the drone in his hands, sending the background reeling for a moment before he sits himself up where he is.]

It seems common that we come from different worlds, but most of us seem to come from a Cybertron. We have different frame designs, different memories. That has been explained as a sort of parallel universe; I can see that. What I wish to know is if anyone here knows that at least one other person has come from their own world, their own universe's history.

[He hesitates, because it's been a long shot, but this next question is what he really meant to ask. He knows it's terrible to hope, and even if he isn't ready to leave this place, he needs to know that it could be possible.]

More importantly, if you do, do you remember a time when they disappeared from your world without any reason or explanation?

It is both good and infinitely sad. There were many, many lives needlessly lost in a war that could have ended millions of years before it did. [This makes him sad.]

[There's a part of him that understands what that means, but he hasn't seen the full measure of it to really know. It's not anything that he really wants to know.]

As am I. I was not alive to see it, but I suppose that makes me fortunate, seeing how Cybertron was afterward.

I hope war is something never again known in your time, Jetstorm. It’s a terrible thing, and does terrible things to the people involved, and I don’t mean to those who die.

I agree. I was told that the ones who lost their lives were the lucky ones. We do not seem to be heading toward war again, but I... [That grip tightens a little. He's worried and he knows it and he's not sure where it's all coming from this time.] do not know what that looks like. Master did not seem to be worried, but here, there is the Miasma.

Mnn, trust me, Jetstorm, you’d know... [It’s hard to miss the political unrest the comes before a great war. Unless you’re just not paying attention...]

[He nods.] The Miasma, or rather the cause of it, is a real concern. One we need to do our best to be prepared for. We’ve won once, we can do it again.

I would like to avoid it, war and the Miasma. If it is anything like the Great War, I... [He wants to say he isn't sure he'll survive it, but he shouldn't. And he won't.] I will do what I can.

I wish I could assure you that you could. Unfortunately I believe it's only a matter of time before we'll have to face this evil again.

[But he is a little concerned, because there's something he's missing a part of here, and something Wing said got him to thinking again. Seems like that's a bad thing.]

You said we beat him last time. Did you mean the Miasma or something else?

...I meant Unicron, the one who's presence influences the Miasma.

Right. They are the same. But the last time he was defeated, a Prime fought him with the help of the Allspark, and I learned that Unicron was not at his full strength because he was trapped within Megatron. I am concerned.

That must be a battle from your world. Here, in Haven, we faced Unicron before. Before the Miasma there was a great rend in the sky, the Lambda, a portal of sorts opened by Unicron as he tried to force his way into this reality. The First Forged were here to help us stand against him...most of them anyway.

[He pulls a vent.]

You see, when first arriving, the influence of Unicron was great. Without protection from the First Forged a person would eventually go mad. That protection manifested in the form of a glyph representing one of the First Forged. I had been claimed by Vector Prime. [His hand goes subconsciously to his shoulder, where his glyph used to be.]

When Unicron finally broke through the Lambda we were called by our First Forged to various areas to fight. Prima, Megatronus Prime, Solus Prime, Vector Prime, Alpha Trion, and Nexus Prime stood with us against Unicron. Liege Maximo betrayed us and made a deal with Unicron so he could leave us and this Cyberton to Unicron.

It was a hard battle, but in the end we won. [Or...thought they did.]

[He listens intently, both fascinated and horrified by what he's hearing. He's young enough that he can't fully get his mind around the magnitude of what Wing's explaining to him, but he can appreciate it for what it is to an extent. All in all, it just leaves him feeling like he has a looot of training to do.]

How long ago has this been? The First Forged are no longer here, are they not?

But it would be a beautiful ending.

For me? ....Less than a year.

For Haven? Apparently over six hundred years.

We had all gathered. The First Forged were going to send back anyone who wanted to return to their realities, with or without their memories of being in Haven as they each chose. Before they could the Lambda...exploded...many were lost, I do not know their fates, and others of us ended up here, in the future of the city we'd left. The First Forged gone, their temples nothing but ruins.

[Shakes head.] I'm not entirely sure what happened...

I hope that will not happen again. Our race has gone through enough, has it not? We did many terrible things, but will there be an end to it?

I hope so as well. It is certainly not an experience I wish to repeat, and would not with on anyone else.

[Especially the mess they came into when they arrived....]

[He nods and wilts a bit.]

But, it is different here, right? We still have everyone here, and we all seem to be on the same side, for the most part.
