I have been thinking, and something has been unclear to me. I cannot be the first to have considered the possibility, so I hope someone out there will help me to understand.

[He shifts with the drone in his hands, sending the background reeling for a moment before he sits himself up where he is.]

It seems common that we come from different worlds, but most of us seem to come from a Cybertron. We have different frame designs, different memories. That has been explained as a sort of parallel universe; I can see that. What I wish to know is if anyone here knows that at least one other person has come from their own world, their own universe's history.

[He hesitates, because it's been a long shot, but this next question is what he really meant to ask. He knows it's terrible to hope, and even if he isn't ready to leave this place, he needs to know that it could be possible.]

More importantly, if you do, do you remember a time when they disappeared from your world without any reason or explanation?

Many thanks. This does help me greatly in my endeavor. I feel I will always have questions about this, but I understand we have no way home, not yet. These answers... may mean that we will, eventually, but why would we not remember?

[More for his own curiosity than anything. Yeah…he'll be helpful…if he's directly asked. As a Guardian, he's supposed to make himself available for the refugees. But he's still an ancient, ornery /git/.]

Remember when others disappear from our own worlds, if they do. It does not make sense that we would not.

[He's trying to put two and two together here, but this is all boggling his mind a bit.]

You assume that time is linear and flows the same for all realities. Could it not be the case that one might leave his timestream of origin, spend a lifetime in another realm or dimension, and finally return to his own world at the exact same instant from whence he left?

That is what I had hoped to find out, to be sure. I cannot think of another reason why we would not remember, unless we were made to forget or we are just... clones of ourselves.

[It sounded like a good idea to look into it at the time, but he's honestly feeling a little overwhelmed with the possibilities now, like trying to lift a weight that's just a hair too much.]
