ye_olde_engineer[Guess who's been buried to the vocal indicator flanges with work for the past month. The city's Chief Engineer has been working with his fellow Guardians to investigate what the hell Galos was up to - and how it got past them to even suspect what was really happening - and how to prevent it in the future. And...other things, but he'd have to be specifically asked about that, because OY so not fun. Plus overseeing the rebuild of the apartments and other structures that were damaged in that blast a while back and replacing victims' comm drones and other service drones. He's been one busy mechanic.]
[And it's a little audible in his voice when he finally shows himself on the network. But at least he waited till he'd gotten two full rest-cycles to recover before doing this?]
'Afternoon, Haven. In case anyone doesn't know me, my name's Wheeljack. I'm one'a the Guardians of the city as well as the Chief Engineer. An' before anyone says it . . . no, just because I touch it doesn't mean it'll blow up. That's just my experimental stuff. Anyway, my shop's been closed for some time - for obvious reasons - but I'm lettin' people know now that I'm open again. Most repair work can be handled by the Mr. Fix-It shop on the other side of the Hub, but if they send ya my way, I can take it now. Also if you've got mods or other ideas you'd like ta have built, come see me an' we'll talk. No guarantees I'll do it, as always, but we can talk.
