[This voice sounds... like you are talking to Guyman himself. Musical and modulated, and kind of sort of loud]

Since when did Cybertron have grass? Or... y'know still be here? The fact that it's still... I mean that it's not... y'know really... dead and stuff is sort of-

NO REALLY WHY IS THERE GRASS HERE?

[He sounds pretty disturbed by this]

Not that grass is bad! I like grass, it was great on earth, if... y'know anyone here has been there at all, but like- Is that a farm? ... There's a tiny farm he- Did anyone see the tiny farm? Oh my god, I have to get a picture of this no wait, hold on.

[The feed cuts! And in spite of arriving on her stree'doo, Sam---helmeted, but immediately recognizable on account of her shirt and ink---comes through the Gateway maybe fifteen minutes later.]

Okay great! Awesome, I'll be there! I'll buy you a drink ahead of time

[Sure enough, he's already there, bright white, sky blue and yellow, impossible to miss. He's checking out the hospital, readouts flying across the visor as he peers into the windows]

[While Soundwave's snooping about, Sam's just gonna park, (far enough from the Gateway to be sure no Cybertronian will come through and trip over her ride,) stand, and stow her helmet.]

Hey! How's shakes?

Well isn't that sweet of you~ I'll try not to keep you waiting, then.

[He looks around quickly, then looks down, appearing surprised]

Oh hey! Uh... who?

Uh... thanks! Okay, see you soon!

[Sam starts over, to at least approximate a conversational distance (elevation is another matter). From the first few steps, she shows a slight limp but doesn't seem to be in any discomfort.]

Sorry. It's just another way of asking 'how are things with you?'

Not that I know of? Just slang I picked up... somewhere. I probably should try to use less slang what with being on the far side of space, but---

[She'll hold up her hands, shaking her head before offering Soundwave a reassuring smile.]

It's okay, I'm okay, it's old, old news. Six going on seven years ago, I did a number on my leg, and the way it was tended to left... a lot to be desired. So I move a little slower than I might, but it doesn't actually hurt or anything.

[Jadewing nods.]

Yeah. After a couple million years spent killing each other, I don't think either side really has the right to really call themselves the 'good guys'. Though it does seem like the side who wears purple symbols does end up with more psychos per-capita than the other, no matter what universe you're in.

[Note that Jadewing's not making much effort to hide the purple symbols on his own wings.]

Thankfully the worst we have to worry about around here is Dirge, and he's more just a dumbaft winglet than anything else.

Oh... Well.. okay well as long as it doesn't hurt you or anything that's fine I mean... Yeah.

Okay so... I'll just check out those music notes then!

I do appreciate your concern. Probably everybody else was trying to be polite, but you're the first person to ask right away and just immediately offer me a lift.

[Sam turns away, tilting her head down and pushing her hair up away from the nape of her neck with one hand.]

Hopefully you can see okay through the little bit of hair there, there's two bars above everything else? Those two, and the two directly under them.

For the most part. Though frankly I think a lot of it boils down to the fact that when shooting and getting shot at is discouraged rather than enforced, most of us here really aren't that interested in risking our shells trying to start something. I know I'm not.

Dirge is a Seeker, though from a different universe than me. Apparently he's a clone of Starscream, and got one significantly exaggerated personality trait of Starscream's out of it. In his case, greed. He tries to claim anything he sees and likes as his, regardless of who actually owns it and has an appetite like a starving Sharkticon. Not to mention very little common sense, but that's a trait most winglets his age have regardless of their origins.

Well I mean... at least it keeps the peace, right?

So he's uh... he's kinda dumb.

[He kneels down and starts looking carefully, slowly stringing along the notes. Despite it being so tiny, she might start to hear the notes to O Canada being played gently on what almost sounds like a synthesizer.]
