[Talk about things getting out of hand fast... One klik he was at the Decepticon base helping fending off another Autobot raid, then he got shot, everything went very dark and... Now he wasn't at the base anymore. He... actually thought he wasn't even on Cybertron anymore. It kinda looked like his home planet here and there but... There were strange, peculiar green like things growing everywhere. He didn't remember ever seeing those, even though the architecture of the buildings were reminiscent of the regular buildings in Cybertron.

Needless to say, he is very, very confused. He's actually a little afraid of wandering off to explore. Who knows what kind of dangers lurk in those ruins?

He already acquainted himself to the small bot that seemed to act like a communicator of sorts though. At least something is making sense.]

Mmh... good day...? Anh... Lord Shockwave? Novastorm? Stormfront? Are any of you getting this message? I... highly doubt you are but if you are please contact me back. I seem to have ended up in a part of Cybertron I don't quite know, and I can't seem to be able to pinpoint the base's coordinates with my systems. Any help would be most appreciated.

[The video feed clicks off, and Acid Storm... sits down to wait for a reply. It is probably going to take a long time for that to happen though... And he doubted he would get a reply from those he expected to.]

I can imagine. Being in the company of bigger individuals can be quite intimidating. [Acid knows his fair share of huge bots, and some of them aren't... well, less than friendly. Hopefully Sam only knows the nicer ones.]

I'll certainly stop by and talk to you if I see you. I would love to ask more about human habits and the like. They are quite fascinating to me, from the little I read about.

It wasn't even that so much as a surprise, and an adjustment! When you're used to tall people still being under seven feet---not that that's a unit of measurement I expect you've used---suddenly being among people three or four times taller than that really screws up your sense of scale. It's not even conversational distance anymore; the issue's elevation.

[She can't help sounding slightly amused in explaining.]

Doubtless helped, though, that the first Cybertronians I talked to, I talked to over video before meeting properly, in person.

[One eyebrow goes up, and Sam leans forward a little.]

Since you've said that, I have got to ask: what have you head about humans? Or read, as the case may be?

Still, it probably was a very... strange adjustment. I mean, specially with the whole shock of only seeing a Cybertronian via video and then being faced with one in person. [Thankfully Acid Storm is aware of the size differences between his kind and humans, so he won't be too shocked once he sees one.]

Hmm... I've read very few things, since the library we have on humans back in Cybertron isn't very extensive. Most of what I read pertained to more general things, like common behaviour, or how they appear, and a few things about Earth.

No denying that.

[She's fortunate in having seen some strange stuff prior to her first steps on Cybertron, but none of it beat actual aliens. She's also fortunate that most of the aforementioned aliens have been friendly, and the exceptions not entirely unmanageable.]

To press you for details now, when you're new and have so much to take in, would be rude... but you can't fault me for wondering what kind of impression we've managed to make, can you?

[he can't help but smile at the chuckle.]

Well, my first impression of humans is that they are rather fascinating and unique. I wouldn't mind learning more about them and their habits. I'm very curious about those.

When I am... more settled here, I would love to sit down with you and talk about it, if you don't mind that is.

[She sounds as if she's about to laugh again, grinning at that answer.]

I wouldn't mind at all, if you wouldn't mind more questions in turn. I've been able to talk with a fair few Cybertronians, but there are always more things to ask people from another planet.

I wouldn't mind being asked questions. Actually... it would be a nice change of pace, being the one who answers questions instead of being the one who makes them. [He smiles. It is good to find someone that interested in his kind.]

Although... I'm not very knowledgeable on many aspects of Cybertronian culture. I was born after the war started and I didn't get to experience many things.

I'm sure we'll find a lot to talk about.

[It's going to be a long, long time before Cybertronians---and other aliens---cease to be interesting. And on the topic of long, long times...]

Most probably, considering my knowledge about humans is very limited and I... sometimes I admit I get a little too inquisitive about things.

[There is a pause at the age question, and his face goes strangely frowny for a moment before becoming neutral again.]

I... I'm a few thousands years old. I'm not really... I'm not as old as I look actually.

Too inquisitive is kinda iffy, but if you cross a line with a question I'll just politely decline answering it. It's not always easy to know what's rude and what isn't when you're dealing with someone from a different culture, let alone one from another world, so... I think we'll manage we'll enough with mutual goodwill.

[Hopefully? Point in case; that peculiar reaction. No other Cybertronian had seemed to mind mention of age.]
