I don't think it's something to sweat, here, since it's not like we're signing on for anything. If the water's working right and running clear, it should be fine---it's just that, in my experience, if the pressure is low and there's just a trickle at a tap, it could take any amount time to get fixed. But... I guess that's not exactly a universal.
