[VOICE POST AND POTENTIAL ACTION]

[Today on: Skyfire's life is a constant train of horrible happenstance, we wake up in a crater.

Covered in Arctic ice.

Where is he? What happened? Where is this why is he in a crater how did he get from ice to crater why is this happening what is going on why him-

At least he isn't in ice anymore. That is a thing that happened, and so he can start to slowly, diligently work on scraping ice off of him enough to stand and start walking. Eventually. It's a slow process.

His optics are clouded over with frost and ice, but he care dimly make out the sight of... a communication drone of some sort.

Which explains the scratchy sounding voice message coming over the feed]

E-ex... excuse me. Excuse me. I fear I am in dire need of assistance. I cannot tell you where I am or what is happening, but I hope someone can trace this signal and locate me?

Definitely not.

[That's good, cause while he's not a minicon, Bee's not really that big either. He shifts his DH into a trident shape, and starts hacking away at the ice on the wings, doing his best to be careful.]

No need to apologize. Helping somebody out is the right thing to do. [Specially when they can't do it themselves.]

[He sits very still, definitely not wanting that device to dig into his wings anywhere]

[Some of this ice is really deep in them.]

Oh, um. My names Bumblebee. [Pause.] Though I might not be the one you know, if you know one. [Different realities and all.]

[The name gets a reaction. He turns his head, the motion cracking off an avalanche sized chunk of ice from him]

You are Bumblebee? I do know of one, but... he is very small. And sounds somewhat older than you.

Do you know my name? Skyfire?

Whoa!

[Hang on, he's suddenly busy jumping back from the avalanche of ice falling at him, and knocking some of it away with his weapon. Once he's sure he's not going to die from falling ice, he looks back up to Skyfire.]

Well, I'm...not really all that big myself. [Haha, he has no idea his alternate is basically minicon sized.] He...might be? I'm still pretty young for our species. [He was a teenager not all that long ago.

At that, he does look a little surprised.]

Skyfire? Huh...I never got to meet him, but heard about him in the history archives.

He has known Optimus for the longest time, next to Ratchet...

[He might be mentally berating himself that he wasn't expecting that, given the height difference.]

Yeah...definitely older. I only knew Optimus since I emerged from the well during the war. But Ratchet on my world, and others, knew him long before that. [Babybee he is.]

Yeah, you...were an explorer centuries ago. Found a lot of neat stuff.

Yes, Optimus could easily lift him up, it was quite simple. We had a few minis on the team, to be exact.

Then you are quite young indeed, I don't believe there is anyone currently who is that young that I know of... Hm.

[Everyone else was at least Optimus's age, if not a little older than that]

Ah! That's wonderful! I am an explorer, it's good to hear that I am remembered for that. I was concerned for a moment.

Well, there's three minicons on my team, I'm just not one of them. [His tone might be a little amused at that.]

Huh, weird. There's bots younger than me now, since the Well of Allsparks started creating again after the war. But there's plenty of older refugee's that have returned as well.

[Cybertronians of all ages there.]

Yeah, a great bot. Wish I got to meet him. I knew a Jetfire, though, if you know of him.

[And that's about when Breakdown pulls up. He transforms and looks over the scene to see where he can be of the most help. He can't help that his gaze lingers on Bee a moment. Don't you go trying to boss him around, he might pound you to scrap if you do.]

[Maybe.]

[Please don't kill each other]

It stopped?

[He sounds a bit concerned about that. And then Breakdown shows up! He even smiles big and wide for him, gesturing slowly and carefully with one arm. He didn't want to knock down another sheet of ice]

I am glad you could come.

[They'll try, long as Breakdown doesn't start anything.]

Yeah, it...produced one last generation before it stopped. After that, Optimus ejected the Allspark into space. To keep it out of Decepticon hands.

[So none were literally created for centuries.

At Skyfire's greeting, Bee looked up at the crater's edge. Oh boy. Out of a bit of instinct, his grip on his Hunter tightens.]

I'm working on his wings, but Skyfire here can probably tell you where he needs work the most.

[Breakdown studies Bee a moment, sizing him up. He's not scared of Bee, not at all, but coming out here to work with him feels really, really weird. But he won't start anything, so long as the scout doesn't.]

[Breakdown steps into the crater, sliding down the edge to the bottom. He steps over to the two, looking up at Skyfire.]

What are you core temp readings? [He should have dragged Kncok Out out here with him. Ah well, he knows enough about medicine to (hopefully) be able to help. He'll worry about removing ice once he's sure Skyfire's core temp is rising, or at least holding steady.]

[Was there bad blood here? He literally cannot even tell, everything seems just fine to Skyfire.]

Just barely above freezing. My spark is keeping the lines fluid at the moment.

If I could get some of this ice off, I could heat myself up a little faster-

Ah!

[He has an idea. He has just enough ice off for it to work, and a second later, there is a thunderous, earth shaking roar.

He turned on his engine.

Sorry, he hopes the sound doesn't scare anyone.]

[And that's about where Lea arrives, just in time to get knocked off his feet be the force of the engine blast. It had taken him a little while to get out there due to having to hoof it from the nearest gate.

Lea smirks and yells over the noise as he gets to his feet.]

Well, that was a greeting I wasn't expecting.

[He's not afraid of Breakdown either. But if he can work with a dinobot, he can work with Breakdown. Weirdness aside.

Checking core temps. Right, he should've thought of that. But then he wasn't a medic, or medic's assistant. He transformers his Hunter back into the cylindrical form. He'll do more once they're sure of what's going on.

He glances up as Skyfire makes the 'ah!' noise. That really should've warned him.

But then that engine's suddenly firing, and being about the closest to it, near the wings, it flings him back right against the wall of the crater with a startled yell. He winds up falling on his he knees and servos with a groan, mostly from having the 'wind' knocked out of him.]

[Breakdown isn’t by the engines, but he’s still not entirely ready for that. He wobbles but manages to keep his feet.]

A little warning next time, bot! [It comes out a little snappy.]

And you should have waited. I’m a medical assistant, let me do my job before you go trying to run systems that may not be ready to run.

[He grumps because he cares.]

Oh... Oh goodness I hadn't thought of that.

[He's still not turning them off because they're on already sooooo]

I'll remember that if there is ever a next time, my apologies.

[Steady on his feet again, and with the engine noise having died down to a dull roar after the initial burst, Lea approaches the edge of the crater, half-sliding down the steep incline to get to the bottom.

He approaches closer than he should probably be able to with the engines running, unphased by the heat.]

Sorry it took me so long to get here. Anyway, there anywhere in particular that needs de-icing first?

[Lea produces a small fireball in his hand to demonstrate how he intends to accomplish that.]

[Soon as he gets his 'breath' back, Bee's back on his feet. Flicking his doorwings a couple times to relieve the ache. Still he's avoiding that engine, and heading around to the slightly safer front.]

Yeah, we need to work on your warning folks before you do things.

The engine helping any, Skyfire?

Should be. [Yeah, he’s answering for Skyfire.] You got your personal diagnostics running?

[If not he’s going to tell Skyfire to do so.] Your ARS should take care of a lot, but let me take a look.

[Don’t mind him as he climbs up you, Skyfire. He’s going to go for a med-port to run deeper diagnostics than system basics do on their own.]

[He doesn't care someone is answering for him, he's pretty used to that. He doesn't move at all as Breakdown climbs up him, sitting patiently and calmly as he opens a med port for him. There we go]

I still need help with my joints, I'd rather not stand and break the ice, for fear of causing damage there.

[Lea nods.]

Alright, I can handle that.

[Lea holds out his hand and a controlled stream of fire shoots out, wrapping itself around Skyfire's knee joint to melt the ice there. Gotta watch the temperature though; he just wants to melt the ice, not scorch the new arrival.]
