It is sheet music that Sam introduced me to. [It's new and weird and he kinda likes it.] Though, I am afraid I am not good at reading it yet.

Some, but not enough to understand. It is difficult when I cannot pronounce the sounds. There are words with some, but they do not match what is written with the notes. [He's so at a loss here.]
