[She laughs. She’d not say he was intimidated, so much as didn’t want her hurt, so her logic won over his desire to “keep” her.] I’ll ask Woo to show you next time. [Maybe.]

[When he gets there she’s perched up in a tree.]

[That still sort of counts so Jadewing is still amused.

Once he arrives, he glances around for a few moments before spotting here. Huh... that's convenient; means he doesn't have to crouch down so far to talk to her.]

Well, here I am. What was it you wanted?

[Is it just him or... did he just watch her kind of float a little before she hit? Because he had been about to help her down. And then she just dropped. And slowed down before landing. And she has no wings. So...]

[Big for Jendayi, not so much for a Cybertronian, though. Jadewing quirks an optic ridge before picking up the box. He opens it carefully, just in case the contents are fragile... or in case this is some kind of trick and it's rigged to exploded with streamers or a paint bomb or something. He doubts Jendayi capable of anything truly sinister, but a practical joke? That's a different story.]

[She gives him a shy little grin.] I can control air.

[It’s about palm sized for him. When he opens it he’ll find a bracelet. His is a bit different from others she’s made in that she’s worked in three stones. One in each of the main colors of him and his two wingmates. She’s watching him, trying to see what he thinks of it. She hopes he likes it, you know how hard it is to make a bracelet big enough for a giant robot?]

[Lea hesitates to reply. Not because he doesn't reciprocate her feelings- he does, and it's frankly a bit scary how much so- but because the words still feel foreign on his lips after so long.]

[He shifts one hand to ruffle her hair a bit.]

Regardless of difficulty, though, Jadewing just seems... more confused and anything else as he removes the bracelet from the box and examines it. He recognizes his wingmates' colors, recalling Jendayi asking about them before.

He doesn't seem to dislike it, at least. Still, he's not used to getting gifts. Or... of really owning anything the doesn't have some practical purpose. And it shows.]

[She shifts her head to kind of press into his hand. The affection is welcomed and wanted, and will earn him a tight hug.]

[She nods] Yes. I can make it do what I want.

It’s a bracelet. It goes on your wrist. Like this.

[She offers up her own wrist, a bracelet around it, as an example.]

I made it in your wingmate’s colors, as a memento to them.

They're not dead. [At least he hopes not.] Though they probably think I am.

[Jadewing looks thoughtful for a a moment as he examines the bracelet. Gifts, in his experience, rarely came without strings attached.]

Why make something like this for me? You don't even know me that well.
