[The drone is getting a nice close-up of a very strange face, fully painted black except for a jack-o-lantern-esque face with red eyes.]

Ooh! Vhat a sneaky little bot, spying on me like zhat! Aha!

[Aaaand that's much closer than anyone has any right to be; the burning glow of his eyes completely filling the screen for a long moment before he pulls away and his face... disappears, switching out to a blue-tinged one that looks much more clinical and observant.]

I'm assuming someone can see zhis. Yes? If so, please respond. I'd like to know vhere I've been dropped off zhis time.

[There are some mechanical chirping over the network before the video comes on, and all one sees is a robo firelizard's face feeling the screen. Then what is a familiar voice to some speaks up.]

Charmer, get away from that.

[The firelizard chirps and gets away from the drone and Rose comes into view before the lizard flies over to perch on her shoulder.]

It looks like this thing is working again.

[That's a bit of relief.]

How long was I away?

[And since there may be new faces since she was last here...]
