[Why hello there folks, I hope you like staring at the backs of people's heads because THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE DOING. It takes this little red mech a few seconds to realize that there's SOMETHING hovering behind him. he does this little half turn, lets out a SUPER MANLY (no) yelp and swats the thing out of the air, ending the recording.

But that's not all, folks. The camera blips on and off a few more times, catching Knock Out in various levels of annoyance, usually in the middle of either swearing or trying to shoo the thing away. Oh god little drone why are you here.

Finally Knock Out gives up and seems to have just accepted that he's made a new "friend". He looks exasperated as all hell when the little bugger starts recording him one last time.]

Fine, since this little drone seems hell bent on stalking me and recording it, I figured I might as well try to use this to my advantage. So, where am I and how do I leave? I was kind of in the middle of something.

[Knock Out pauses and glances slightly off camera, presumable at the drone itself.]

There, happy now? I swear, if someone come out here to blow me up because of you, I'm going to be very annoyed.

Somebody coming out to try and blow you up is... not likely at all.

I'm sorry. It was a joke; as yes, Breakdown's making human friends, if I'm human, and I have lived this long without a reason to suspect otherwise, so it's a pretty sure thing.

Right now I'm happy to find anyone familiar with the same pop culture stuff I am, but happier in observing there's an overlap between our favourite genres. It's weird, now that I'm living in one---a lot of stuff is weird, which would be why I'm using the word so much---but I do like sci-fi stories.

Oh yes, Earth had a rather charming concept of science fiction. I suppose something like that was to be expected of a race that has yet to even colonize their moon. Though to Earth's credit, they are advancing rather quickly for an organic race.

Speaking of charming science fiction, this only ever came up 'cause I was surprised to find Breakdown familiar with The Fly and The Thing.

[There's a soft little snort from Sam, but she takes the moon dig with good grace---and makes a mental note to ask Hiro what's happening in space by 2030. It better be good, since flying cars are still not a thing.]

T'save time, not that you need to; we've already got the jokes about lifespans and height out of the way... but credit where credit is due is, of course, appreciated.

I made sure that Breakdown was well versed in the classics.
