I was gonna call it an exploratory expedition, but 'search and rescue' is accurate too. I just didn't find the sort of screwdriver I was searching for and had to rescue myself, is all.

Good, I don’t think I’d fit in Hiro’s room to come rescue you if you’d not managed to do so yourself.

don't let it trouble you. Pretty sure if I didn't escape on my own, I would've survived okay and had Hiro find me. I don't know how he navigates the mess but since he manages to emerge daily...
